
Chen Sing is a Toronto-based editor with a deep interest in both the creative and technical aspects of post. His years in factual TV have led him to embrace projects with interesting problems, as they often call for interesting solutions. He is especially drawn to topics on mental health and the environment.
In Singapore, he was lead editor on the docuseries Facing Dementia (Channel News Asia) and the documentary feature Lionheart (History Channel), among many other long form shows. In Canada, his editing work on the narrative Desync earned him a CCE Student Merit Award, which is currently playing North American festivals and streaming on AMC.
His proudest work is Feeling the Apocalypse, a short animated doc on climate anxiety, which he edited, directed, and did some animation work on. Apocalypse has played 150+ venues and is distributed by GOOD DOCS.
